Each group of participants creates a one-of-a-kind workshop experience within a refined, time-tested structure focused on self-inquiry and feedback. The workshop is not a “process” to gain predetermined learnings or insights. Rather, BTE offers a series of carefully facilitated, open-ended exercises and conversations that allow people to work on the questions that are most important to them as leaders. Supportive, respectful relationships with the facilitators and other participants form a powerful foundation for learning.
Many of the exercises tap our intuitive core, stimulating the unexpected perspectives that emerge from storytelling, drawing, sharing creative work, and directed meditation. These exercises — which require no special preparation or skill and are in no way a “performance test” — help participants achieve breakthroughs by giving voice to emotional or spiritual issues that have been discounted or avoided, and by tapping the inner wisdom needed to address them.
